1. Order Processing & Shipping

Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed and shipped.

Shipping Time:

  • Domestic Shipping (Within the US): 15-20 business days.
  • International Shipping: 15-30 business days, depending on the destination.
  • Shipping times may vary depending on the product and delivery location. We always strive to process orders as quickly as possible.

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method and destination.
  • We occasionally offer free shipping promotions—subscribe to our newsletter for updates!

2. Returns & Refunds

Eligibility for Returns:

We do not accept returns for personal preference or change of mind.

Refund & replacements are only applicable in the following cases:

  • The item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
  • The item is faulty upon arrival or malfunctions due to a manufacturing defect.
  • Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof (photos/videos) of the issue to be eligible for a replacements or refund.

Refund & Replacement Policy:

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we offer the following resolutions:

  • Full or partial refund (depending on the issue).
  • Free replacement (shipped at no extra cost).
  • Customers may not need to return the item to receive a refund or replacement.

Refund Process:

  • Contact Us: Email us at support@kentdohealthybeauty.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos/videos of the product if defective.
  • Approval Process: If eligible, we will provide further instructions.
  • Resolution: Depending on the case, we may issue a refund, partial refund, or send a replacement without requiring a return.

Refund Processing:

  • Refunds are processed within 10-15 business days after approval. Funds will be issued to the original payment method (processing time depends on your bank).
  • For defective or damaged items, we may offer a refund or send a replacement without requiring the item to be returned.

3. Order Issues & Customer Support

Tracking Shows Delivered but Not Received:

  • Check with neighbors, household members, or your local post office.
  • If you still cannot locate the package, contact us at maisonthanhxuan@gmail.com  for further assistance.

Received the Wrong or Defective Item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the item and packaging.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

Missing Items in Order:

  • Some orders may arrive in multiple shipments due to supplier arrangements.
  • If an item is missing, check your tracking details or contact us for clarification.

4. Payment & Security

Accepted Payment Methods:

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

All transactions are securely processed, and your payment details are never stored on our servers.

To use alternative payment methods, this process allows you to make payments directly without needing a PayPal account, you can proceed through PayPal's guest checkout by following these steps:

  • Select "More payment options": On the payment page, choose "More payment options."
  • Choose "Pay with Debit or Credit Card": After entering your information, select "Pay with Debit or Credit Card."
  • Checkout as a guest: Opt for "Check out as a guest," enter your email address, and click "Continue to Payment." Then click "Continue as a guest".
  • Enter card details: Provide your card information, including options like MasterCard, Discover, Diners, Visa, American Express, or UnionPay.
  • Complete the payment: Review your details and finalize the transaction.

 

Fraud Prevention:

  • For security reasons, we may verify orders before processing. If additional verification is needed, our team will contact you.
