Manufacturer defects, shipping damage, or incorrect items received.
Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof (photos/videos) to be eligible.
✔ If approved, we will provide a free replacement with no return required and free shipping.

2️⃣ Minor Issues – Flexible Solutions

If the issue is minor but the product remains functional, we offer:
A discount voucher for the next purchase, based on the severity of the issue:

🔹 Damage-based discount levels:

  • Level 1 (Minimal damage) – 10% discount: Small cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality, such as tiny scratches or slight discoloration.
  • Level 2 (Minor damage) – 15% discount: Slightly noticeable surface damage, minor dents, or light scuffs that do not impact usability.
  • Level 3 (Moderate damage) – 20% discount: More visible cosmetic damage, small cracks, or slightly bent components that still function properly.
  • Level 4 (Noticeable damage) – 25% discount: Functional but with moderate defects, such as misaligned parts or a loose component that does not hinder core functionality.
  • Level 5 (Significant damage) – 30% discount: Defects that slightly affect usability but do not render the product unusable, such as a button that is harder to press.
  • Level 6 (Severe damage) – 35% discount: The product is still operable but with major aesthetic flaws or partial performance issues (e.g., reduced efficiency, slight operational difficulty).

📌 The discount voucher is valid for 60 days and can be used for future purchases.
A replacement option – customers can request a new item but must cover the shipping cost. This does not apply to discounted items.

3️⃣ Non-Returnable Items

🚫 We do not accept returns for:
❌ Gift cards.
❌ Used or damaged products due to improper use.

4️⃣ Refund Processing Time

✔ Approved refunds will be issued within 10-15 business days to the original payment method.
✔ Processing time may vary depending on your bank.

5️⃣ Preventing Policy Abuse

📌 We reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement if we detect abuse of our return policy.
📌 Customers are eligible for only one refund or replacement request within a 6-month period to prevent misuse.
